La crisis epistemológica y las ciencias de la salud / The epistemological crisis and health sciences

El presente artículo hace referencia a la crisis epistemológica de comienzo de siglo, en especial, al relativismo epistemológico; muestra la discusión delos filósofos como: Kuhn, Feyerabend, Popper acerca de las fronteras de la epistemología y la filosofía de la ciencia. Señala, cómo la incertidumbre de comienzos de siglo afecta la visión del hombre frente a su futuro. Igualmente, hace una reflexión sobre la crisis de la Ciencias de la salud y en lo que respecta al reduccionismno epistemológico e incorpora comoalternativa una cultura de la vida, mediante una recategorización conceptual del saber médico y del concepto de promoción de la salud como mandatoético de la especie.

This article presents makes reference to the epistemology crisis at the beginningof the century, specially about “the epistemology relativism”; it shows the discussion of philosophers like: Kuhn, Feyerabend, Popper, about the epistemology border and the philosophy of the science. It marks how the uncertainty at the beginning of the century affect the human view of their future. Also, it makes a reflection about the science heath crisis and “ the epistemology reduction” and incorporate as alternativea culture of life, by means a conceptual re-categorize of “medical knowledge” and the concept of “heath promotion” like a ethical order of the species.

Bioética y Posmodernidad / Bioethics and Postmodernity

El trabajo muestra el surgimiento de la BIOÉTICA como un puente interdisciplinario y pluralista entre las ciencias básicas y las ciencias humanas; destaca la crisis del hombre dentro de la modernidad y el surgimiento de la posmodernidad, sus avances y posicionamientos y el papel que cumple la BIOÉTICA. Así mismo, intenta relacionar nuestra naturaleza biológica y el conocimiento realista del mundo biológico con la formulación de políticas encaminadas a promover el bien social, destacando la importancia de una actitud ÉTICA y responsable para con nosotros mismos y la sociedad. En él, se habla de las implicaciones que tiene el PGH (Proyecto del Genoma Humano), señala la importancia de la conformación de Comité de Bioética en la Clínicas y Hospitales, y la difusión de las recomendaciones hechas por los organismos internaciones como la UNESCO en lo que respecta la utilización racional de los adelantos de la Biotecnología. Finalmente hace un resumen de la Declaración Universal sobre Genoma Humano y los derechos Humanos.

The job shows the emergence of the BIOETHICAL as an interdisciplinary and pluralistic bridge between the basic sciences and the human sciences; emphasize the crisis of the man within the modernity and the emergence of the post modernity, its advances and positioning and the paper that carry out the BIOETHICAL. Also, it attempts to relate our biological nature and the realistic knowledge of the biological world with the policies formulation routed to promote the social wellbeing, emphasizing the importance of an ETHICAL and responsible attitude for with ourselves and the society. In it, it is spoken of the implications that has the PGH (Project of the Human Genome), indicates the importance of the conformation of bioethical committee in the Clinics and Hospitals, and the diffusion of the recommendations made by the international organizations as the UNESCO in what concerns the rational utilization of the advances of the Biotechnology...
